I was very happy with the time my doctor spent with me and thoroughly explained my issue.
The front desk had trouble verifying my insurance which caused me some anxiety going in. I have excellent coverage Plan G. They finally got it. Communicates well, knowledgeable, professional and compassionate.

The staff and Dr Thomatis are very pleasant. Dr Thomatis listened to my concerns and supported my needs. I met her first on an emergency situation and her confidence, quick diagnosis and solution impressed me and made me decide to make her my new provider. I hope I get to see her for my needs long term.
I am happy with my provider but have waited in the exam room an hour every time I see her. I understand an occasional issue but 3 visits have all had the same issue. There may need to be some revising of the appointment scheduling process. When I make next year's appointment will request first appt of the day.
