Dr. Thomatis and the entire staff listen to their patients and the dr. is very easy to consult with, I don't feel ignored with her as my doctor. I would keep going back to her even if my insurance no longer covered this facility, I would pay out of pocket to have her be my doctor.
the dr was fantastic i have been having an issue for a long time and she knew right away how to fix it. I felt heard and she understood my medical history. After tests for uti and YI came back negative but I was still having pain, she was able to prescribe estrogen cream and address my hesitancy about using it due to my past BC diagnosis. She explained a solution that my oncologist had also recommended I try. I felt so relieved that someone finally listened and helped me, and I don't have to live with this pain and discomfort anymore.
