As someone who is not cisgender (though I don't consider myself transgender), I noticed that everyone referred to me as 'she' and as a woman. Personally I don't mind, but I know there are a lot of people in the queer community who would feel alienated by potential misgendering, so that's something I wanted to bring up. It might be helpful if the staff and/or doctors asked for preferred pronouns.
Dr. Thomatis is a fabulous doctor. The surgery was outstanding, even though there was a little glitch, she made me feel much better and did a wonderful job. She is an exceptionally talented doctor. It is rare to find a provider who will take the time to listen to the patient and teach them about their health. Dr. Thomatis not only listened to me, she took my concerns seriously and sent me more information on my questions via text. She is an absolute gem.
Dr. Karen was absolutely amazing. She didn't dismiss any of my concerns, and made me feel cared for. Best OBGYN i have ever had.
It was quick and efficient. I did not have to wait forever, even though it was late in the day (3pm).
Dr. Strebel is a great doctor.

Dr. Grolle is awesome! He's very informative, professional, he listens & I've never felt rushed out. Such a kind man. He switched my birth control that I've been on for years to help stubborn chin hairs I've been having, & I've definitely noticed a difference. So glad I found him.
