The discussion about my current hormone levels and the pellet insertion itself were good, but my appointment was at 8am and Dr. Strebel did not arrive until close to 9am. The office opens at 7:30am. The nurse who took my vitals had no explanation for his tardiness. She stated the office had no indication he was called out for a delivery. I understand situations arise, but time is precious on both sides. Please at least let patients know why there is a significant delay in their treatment.
