She went above and beyond. When I asked her to help me understand my bone density test that had been ordered by a different medical group, she made sure to contact the provider to get it. Then the following day, she called me to review the results in detail, and let me know that she was referring me to a group that specialized in bone health and could review options. The buzz word is patient centric, but she showed me what that really means. Bravo!

She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Biology, with minors in Psychology and Chemistry, from St. John Fisher College in Rochester, NY, in 2016. From there, Sharon went on to obtain her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Stony Brook University in 2019 and was inducted into the Pi Alpha honor society.
Before joining Women's Health Connecticut, Sharon grew her passion for patient-centered care through valuable experience as a physician assistant at New York-Presbyterian Alexandra Cohen Hospital for Women and Newborns in New York, NY.
She served as a charge PA, responsible for managing laboring patients, participating in vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections, and responding to maternal emergencies.
Sharon's certifications include a Connecticut State Physician Assistant License, New York State Physician Assistant License, NCCPA Certification, American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, American Heart Association Basic Life Support, and NYS Infection Control.
