Sharon Ross, MD

Sharon Ross, M.D, FACOG, is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Ross has been in practice with OB/GYN Specialists of the Palm Beaches since 1984. She sees patients in the West Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens offices.

Dr. Ross is a native of Massachusetts where she attended Sharon High School. She was selected to participate in Boston University’s prestigious double-degree program. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees. Dr. Ross continued her training in Florida, with an Internship and Residency in Ob/Gyn at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital.

With years of experience in women’s health, Dr. Ross now concentrates on Peri- and Post-Menopausal Gynecology. She has extensive experience using lasers, and the practice has recently added the Mona Lisa laser system for the treatment of bladder and other menopausal conditions. “I believe in applying evidence-based medical solutions to address my patients’ medical needs,” she explains. Her multi-generational practice now encompasses moms, grandmothers and teenagers.

Dr. Ross is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG) and a member of the North American Menopause Society.

Dr. Ross and her husband have been married since 1980. They have two sons — both delivered by her partners at OB/GYN Specialists. For relaxation, she often escapes with a novel or two. Dr. Ross also enjoys traveling.
