We were made comfortable by the provider and felt it was a great balance of warmth and friendliness with factual information as we enter into a chapter and stage that we know little to nothing about. Dr. Raju is kind, patient, informative, realistic, and efficient. She answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed, gave plenty of information, and was very clear on guidance during the exam, ultrasound, etc. With probing of her guidance and answers, we found we got even more helpful information that she had to offer. I will say the one thing that we are wanting to ensure is that since we do not control who will deliver, we want to meet all doctors but at the same time, it feels hard to establish trust with any one doctor when we are seeing different ones every time. Everything else is and was great and up to expectations, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left the office.

Dr. Raju is always an attentive and great doctor. She doesn't ignore any of my concerns. The front desk staff on the other hand are not the most personable people for them to be the first person patients see whenever they come in. The office staff is certainly different from prior appointments.
Super fast, took her time when I had questions, and got me out and back to my day.
