Very informative and professional.
Dr. Nielsen was professional, easy to talk to, did a hearing test, reviewed it with me and the one I took years ago, discussed my concerns about tinnitus. Overall satisfied with Dr. Nielsen and the practice.

Great doctor!
I recently began hearing my heart beat in one ear. After receiving the hearing tests, Dr. Nielsen explained that even though there was some hearing loss it was nothing detrimental. He asked me to continue taking a nasal spray and antihistamine as he believed allergies might be the cause. At the end of the time if it persisted he would re-evaluate with a scan.
Dr. Nielsen knowledgeable, careful , and skilled. Corrected damage another provider caused. Did take several weeks to permanently get hearing back in clogged ear, earaches stopped for good in about three week. Only disappointment: I texted office twice to ask for advice on maintaining and preventing further earwax buildup and earaches. No response. Dr also referred me to dermatologist and I had biopsy and need surgery.
Because problem was taken care of.
Efficient, friendly provider and office staff.
