Processes were efficient despite having had only one ultrasound tech at that time. The only thing is that I was one of the last appointments of the day and it seemed like they were trying to get the patients out and rushing. I didn't feel like I had time to ask any questions. Other than that I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency.

The doctor was very pleasant... She was very easy to talk to. She seemed very relatable. Very patient, she answered all my questions. It was a hectic day at the office and as a first time practice manager, I really was not expecting such a long wait however she apologized and assured me that it was just a hectic day me being a practice manager at a pediatric office understood completely I was very impressed that she actually apologized and she seemed genuine and told me it was a crazy day she took her time. She asked me questions and allowed me to answer the questions and even though it was at the end of the day, and I am sure that she was tired and ready to go home she did not rush to visit. I really like this doctor and I haven't felt this way about a doctor in a long time because healthcare has really gone to a place that has no empathy and the doctors have no bedside manner. However this doctor was so sweet.❤️
