While we encountered issues trying to remove and insert the new IUD, Dr. Brown and his staff were professional yet caring and looking out for me.
Upon arriving, I was acknowledged and checked in quickly and pleasantly. The staff here is such a delight. Dr. Brown was excellent. He examined me and took the time to explain in detail his findings and next steps. He explained where I could easily understand. I was so happy that he took the time to listen to me and provide information and gave me comfort to make a good decision.
