All the office staff, nurses and doctors are amazing.
It’s not an easy appointment to have but Dr Brown and his team make it a lot easier by being friendly, listening, responsive to questions and importantly kind. I have been seeing Dr Brown and his team for nearly 10 years and wanted to anywhere else, I have recommended him to friends. He is caring and sensitive to my feelings and makes going for an annual exam more bearable.
Dr. Steven Brown went beyond his care to make this procedure painless. He also went more in depth about the cause and exercise of this bladder issue.

We all know that the front staff and the nurses are a BIG part of every doctor visit! If you don't get compassion and kindness from the get go, it doesn't matter how good the provider is. That being said, the girl who checked me in was VERY sweet and I absolutely LOVE Dr. Browns nurse!! She is the sweetest person!! She opens that door with a smile and immediately I feel at ease. She just makes you feel like an old friend and we are catching up!! What can I say about Dr. Browns.. I have been seeing him for over 9 years now. He has such a calmness about him and he doesn't just come right in and get to the exam, he will chat with you, ask how you're doing personally and about your health. He's just a really good man and an amazing physician!! Even though being a male, he makes me feel comfortable asking super embarrassing questions and explains things to me so I can understand. I just love this office so much and wish it wasn't just a yearly visit!
Dr. Brown was very thorough in his explanation of my issue and has a plan to correct all the problems.
Doctor Brown and Kristen did everything they could to accommodate my situation and made me feel like they truly cared about me. He has both knowledge about his field and a caring bedside manner which is not very common these days. He offers his opinion and listens to your response and works with you on a treatment plan.
