The automation and efficiency on the patient history, check in process and appointment summary. And the happiness and kindness of each staff member. As a new patient I feel like everyone truly enjoys their job and it shows as they care for their patients. Loved the ocean sounds in the examination rooms, quick ability to schedule and get an onsite mammogram. Felt like one stop shopping for women's health. I almost forgot to talk about how wonderful Dr. Dausch and her nurse were to me. Her nurse immediately adapted to my high anxiety and made me feel comfortable sharing my concerns and comforted me. I had just met her and she showed such compassion and kindness. Dr. Dausch did the exact opposite of what my former doctor did, which was an absolute relief. Previously I felt like I was mansplained on how I should just deal with perimenopause symptoms and this appointment I was asked how I feel and acknowledged how hard this phase of life is. For the first time since starting this aging journey I felt hope and optimism that there are things that can help me. I am so grateful for my primary care physician to recommend this practice. I truly feel like I have a partnership to help me. That feeling alone has drastically shifted my outlook. Thank you to the entire team who makes the practice run. The small details are proof that none of it happens by accident, it is a great service/product.
The doctor was patient with me and answered all my concerns.
