Caring, thorough doctor who sees the whole patient!
Exam was thorough. The doctor was easy to talk to and willing to answer any questions.
Dr. Lajoie is a warm, caring doctor who strikes the perfect balance of efficiency and taking the time to do a thorough examination so you really feel like you're getting the best quality care. I usually only see her once a year but I always look forward to the visits. Creating that environment of trust is so important because it takes the shame and embarrassment out of the visit, leading to better communication and better healthcare outcomes.

Dr. Lajoie was terrific. I didn't give 5 stars because I had been prompted to enter all of my medical information prior to my visit by the Downtown Women site, which I did, and then she had to enter everything into the system again during our visit. This seems like unnecessary redundancy and a waste of time and resources (patient and doctor's time)!
All my questions and problems were resolved.
