The staff (everyone) was so kind and friendly. The doctor did a fantastic job, I love how he didn’t make me too small or too big. He’s a true artist. I had a complication (internal bleeding) so I needed to go back in for a second operation, but Dr. Dean Fardo didn’t charge me, which really was a blessing.
The staff and Dr. Cat were very professional and friendly. Each appointment was on time. Each message I left with a question or request was promptly addressed. I am still healing but very satisfied with my results so far as well!
I'm very happy with Dr. Cat, however, I have been trying to reach Jessica to get questions answered since that visit and have received zero communication. I even wanted to discuss adding additional procedures. Three emails have gone unanswered. I was ready to sign up for the procedure with Dr. Cat, but my experience with Jessica has lead me to interview additional doctors.
He explained in detail exactly what he’d do to make my nose smaller. I was shown pictures of other patients with similar surgeries. I can have the surgery as soon as possible and I don’t have to wait a long time to schedule it.
A specific communicated issue of implant below my check bone making a dip not resolved with surgery.

Dr. Fardo was very kind and took his time to go through everything with me. He and his staff made sure I was informed and comfortable with going forward with the surgery. I am so excited to have Dr. Fardo as my surgeon.
From the time I arrived the staff made me feel very comfortable and were so nice!! The nurse answered any questions I had first. Then, Dr. Fardo listened to all my concerns before thoroughly explaining how he could best help me. I left feeling extremely comfortable with my decision to move forward with the treatment planned he laid out for me.
Dr. Fardo is excellent. I got dermal fillers under my eyes and the looked great.
There was a delay in some return of phone calls.
