Dr. Bauer and his staff were very welcoming and professional. They were great with listening to my expectations and answering all of my questions. Dr. Bauer has excellent bedside manner. The Swan Center was great every step of the way including surgery day. They made me feel comfortable and cared for. I am very happy with my results! And I would highly recommend Dr. Bauer to any of my family or friends!

The nurses made me feel so comfortable. I was EXTREMELY nervous. Dr. Bauer also made me feel at ease and was kind and patient and answered my questions. Nancy the coordinator was also wonderful and very helpful.
My experience was changed due to COVID, I have not been able to see the doctor since my second post opp appointment. That has been challenging to know how well my recovery is progressing. Overall I am happy with my results, however I do wish my breast would have been more filled out on the sides.
The doctor and nurse were very personable. They put me at ease with their thorough answers to all of my questions. They also gave me information about issues that had not even occurred to me.
I had some issues with my healing process although I totally followed doctor/nurses’ orders. Sometimes they (doctor) made me feel I wasn’t doing as I was told. We even hired a private nurse to help me out at home because I was so fixated on my healing and recovery.
From my initial consultation leading up to my surgery date the entire staff was nothing short of amazing! Any questions I had they answered and made me feel completely comfortable! Post operation the staff has continued to be as helpful as possible!
