Pleased to know that from first visit she is looking for problem and solution to it. Didn't feel rushed through visit as technicians took the time to ask questions rather than just a "robotic" testing
The X-rays were taken on right hand. My right hand little finger catches in the closed position at night when I relaxed and sleeping. She explained 3 options and I choose the 1st option of taping 2 fingers together during the night. 2nd option was a shot and 3rd was surgery. I didn't think the finger was bad enough for the other 2 options at this point.
Very professional and friendly. [Single best thing is...] Explanation of procedures and to follow up if the first didn't work.
An x-ray was taken, an evaluation done
Very professional. Well informed.
MRI results were read to me. Taylor is very pleasant and professional.
Excellent service, nice people.
PA really listened
Taylor was very kind and concerned about my shoulder problem. She took alot of time to re-examine me, go over my MRI report, look at the MRI image and discuss her findings with me. She then discussed what she felt would be the next best steps for treatment.
Taylor listened to my concerns and articulated next steps.
I appreciated the professional demeanor of the staff & their attentive manner. I liked being able to visualize the radiographs while things were explained. I also liked that there was a short wait in the exam room but, I didn't feel rushed during the appointment.
Always very friendly and helpful. Crystal is awesome
Taylor made me feel valued, she is very compassionate and listened to my concerns and made me feel like I was finally at the right place. I have been dealing with my shoulder pain for 6 months now and it just keeps getting worse. My Primary sent me to an Orthopedic Office prior to this that, unbeknownst to me, didn't have the specialist on staff that could help me. I didn't even find that our until going through 6 weeks of physical therapy and a cortisone injection. I was very disappointed and ready to break. The other Orthopedic office told me there was nothing more they could do and that I should just get another cortisone shot. She said that Surgery wasn't even an option. I asked to be referred to an Orthopedic Surgeon and the other PA argued that nothing could be done. I was so happy when Taylor said they could take care of me. She explained to me they had a Patch they could insert during surgery that could help my rotator cuff regenerate .
On time. Taylor knew her stuff.
Listened to my concerns and gave me good answers and advice.
Her knowledge and care provided.
She was prompt. She was friendly. She explained what she was doing. When the procedure didn't go as expected, she explained why and what she was doing as next step.
Taylor was highly knowledgeable and competent. She explained things openly and clearly ... excellent communication skills. She is a very highly qualified individual for the position she has.
Because she didn't dismiss me. She listened.
