Everyone was great and helpful.
Extremely nice and friendly. Easy to talk to and very thorough. Urgency to get my procedure done was shared and she was on top of expediting things so we can get it done sooner than later. Theresa Chevalier was very upbeat and positive which made the appointment pleasant.

The wait time was shorter than seeing dr. Kushner. She was very informative of everything and made me feel important.
Wait time was short. Office staff is friendly and polite. Theresa was so caring and informative about my current issue. Her knowledge is evident and more importantly she can convey that without technical jargon. That leads to improved understanding as a patient and her empathy made me feel more at ease.
