She later returned to Dallas to attend medical school at the University of Texas at Southwestern and residency at Methodist Dallas, where she served as Chief Resident during her senior year. To better serve her future patients, Dr. Hong sought additional specialty training in the following year as a fellow in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Presbyterian Dallas, focusing on robotic, laparoscopic, vaginal, and hysteroscopic techniques.
Dr. Hong then went on to start her private practice career in Frisco, where she happily served the community there for 5 years. She is now excited to join Obstetrics and Gynecology Associates of Dallas and to continue advocating for and taking care of her patients.
In her free time, Dr. Hong enjoys traveling, cooking, and golf. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her husband Lawson and their fur baby Izzy.
