Dr. Hong was very attentive and professional, took her time to talk with me.
Since I am a new patient for Dr. Boyd, he spent time with me as he reviewed my medical history in detail. He answered all my questions and also wrote orders for a breast ultrasound as I am at high risk for breast cancer. I was a patient of Dr. Steve Harris before his retirement and Dr. Boyd showed the same level of care and concern that I felt with Dr. Harris, which is quite a compliment.
Everyone was super helpful to me on that day. I have PTSD and they asked what they could do to help my anxieties, and then followed through on what I told them, making sure they explained things thoroughly and spoke calmly. I felt unhurried and safe. Dr Collins listened really carefully to me, was thorough in answering all my questions and worries, and made sure to talk through everything so there were no surprises in my care.
Dr. Hong explained things with a lot of details. I also appreciate how she wasn't biased towards her preferences, but gave me the chance to process things and choose the best birth control option.
He is the best obgyn! I recommend him to everyone.
