Tonya Grismer, Aesthetician

Tonya Grismer is an Aesthetician at the office of plastic surgeon, Dr. Randy Rudderman in Alpharetta, Georgia. Tonya’s favorite part of her job is working one-on-one with patients, getting to know them and sharing their excitement as they see their skin change and improve through the use of various procedures.

Tonya began her career as a Clinique consultant in Atlanta, managing a team of five who generated annual store product counter sales of more than $1 million.

She also has previous experience conducting in-house and on-site training of clinical skin care procedures for Institu’ DERMed, a medi-clinical spa facility in Atlanta. Her responsibilities during her six years there also included spa management, customer development and sales support.
