I feel like there should be more “counseling” about what to expect. Not just the first week or so after but longer. Also, I had so many questions and the nurses could not/would not answer and told me I would need to talk to Dr Vanderpool, but he was at very few appts so that I could talk to him. I think there needs to be a nurse who is knowledgeable and can be there to answer questions.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Vanderpool and his staff have been so kind and accommodating. I immediately felt at ease during my consultation and knew I had chosen the right place! I was nervous the morning of my surgery but Dr. Vanderpool’s kindness and confidence that I’d love my results helped me relax. Recovery was much easier than expected and I’m in love with my results!

I saw Dr Vanderpool 14 years ago one of my implants ruptured I came in. They were fantastic love is Office love the girls love him. Couldn’t have been nicer. Put in new updated implants was super simple and painless

My case was a little more complex but all lines of communication were kept open and any concerns I had were addressed promptly. I felt like I was in very good hands with Dr. Vanderpool.
