Of all the previous questions- the office and staff met and/or exceeded my expectations. As a 1st time patient for any procedure/treatment- I was offered options and given detailed expectations for each choice. I appreciate the opportunity to weigh my options, ask questions and not make any decisions at that moment if I chose not to. I only wish that you would consider opening a satellite office in Fort Smith- as that is where I am driving from for my appointments :D. Beautiful facility, professional well trained staff, extremely knowledgeable of procedures and all techniques and equipment. I could not be happier with my experience and can highly recommend it to others and will probably return over time for other procedures.
I didn't really see any difference in my abdominal area after the treatment.
My consult was messed up and I was in the waiting area for close to an hour so I canceled and left. They called me back and offered a free product for the inconvenience. The second visit was fast and efficient just as my other previous appointments there. I was very happy.
