About Victoria Willey:

Victoria Willey, CRNP comes to our practice from Cumberland, Maryland, with 34 years of nursing experience with the last 25 plus as a Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master’s Degree from the University of MD. She became certified as an Adult NP in 1995. She wanted to expand her practice to include all ages, so she obtained a Post Graduate Certificate from West Virginia University and became certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. With her family practice background, Ms. Willey offers a warm, friendly, non judgmental atmosphere that will remind you of a private practice, but as a patient of Capital Women’s Care, you will have access to a multitude of resources should you need more specialized care.
