Satisfied by the quickness and efficiency of mammo and ultrasound appointments. The technician who did my mammo was extremely quick, efficient and polite; however, did not make eye contact with me a single time when talking to me. The procedure is somewhat intimate, so to have a technician show no emotion or eye to eye connection is odd. There was no patient after my appointment, so it didn't seem to be a timing issue. In my 10 years of mammography, I've never encountered a colder experience. The ultrasound technician was fantastic. Warm, polite, efficient.

The wait wasn’t long. The ultrasound tech was fine but the girl doing the mammogram was a little rough and not with the machine it was as though she was guiding your body to the correct placement but she did it in a pushy way, I mean she actually would push you as she was telling you how to stand you didn’t have a chance to move because she was forceful. I didn’t like it which was unfortunate because the mammogram didn’t hurt as much and it was quick.
