I like Dr. Lubman. I've been seeing her for years. The check-in experience needs work. I did a pre-check in on my phone where I uploaded my credentials. Then when I arrived at the office, had to check in by scanning the ID and insurance card again. Then it didn't scan well, so I had to give the same documents to the front desk. On top of that, I had to fill out paperwork.
