Love my GYN, Dr. Rubin. But front desk was slow and I waited longer than expected. Only one staff at front desk. I scanned my ID and insurance card to check in via the machine, but she had to get them from me again, saying that the scanner cuts off the images of those documents. So your technology is not working properly. If the front desk and checking in are efficient, then I would have given you a five star.
Dr. Asare is always friendly and covers the topics we need to discuss. The exam is thorough and she answers any questions I have.
She is the best, she has been my doctor almost twenty years.
