The location I went to was not listed above. I went to the 1700 SE Hillmoor Dr. I gave my experience a 5 star because the front desk staff was pleasant to speak to, especially the girl that made my next appt after my visit was finished. She was very upbeat and had a great/fun attitude. But I mainly gave a 5 star rating bc Yvonne Power is hands down the best NP I have ever seen. She went above and beyond, exceeded my expectations on how a gyno visit should be like. I had many questions/concerns and she made me feel comfortable, reassured me, made me feel confident and gave me great advice. I appreciated her so much and needed someone on my side. She listened and answered all my questions and concerns, making me feel heard. Her advice and encouragement were so meaningful that I held back tears of happiness. Most importantly, I did not feel rushed. So many doctors make patients feel rushed and don't let them fully express what's going on. Yvonne was incredibly patient and spent more than enough time talking with me. I greatly appreciated that. If I could keep her as my NP forever I would.

Front office staff very professional and friendly. It was a way better experience than the kanner office. I even told them they should go to the kanner office and teach them the proper way of customer service. Yvonne Power,NP bedside manners are amazing. One of the best providers I have had in a very long time. From the minute she walked in with a smile on her face her vibe was just so positive and friendly. I can honestly say I dread this time of year for this appointment but she really has changed my mind.
