I don’t look tired all the time
Dr. Pfeifer took the time to explain all options available to me. She is so kind, informative, and a pleasure to speak to. I felt completely at ease and confident in her and her staff.
Consult with Dr. Pfeifer was a very positive experience. She spent quite a bit of time with me to discuss my concerns and to offer options to address them. I was very appreciative that she described procedures that would be fairly effective to achieve the results I wanted—rather than immediately suggest more aggressive surgical options (as other doctors have done in two other consultations).
I always feel like I'm in excellent hands when with Dr. Pfiefer. She really listens to my concerns and, in this latest situation, figured out the best strategy to address my skin issues. I trust her, and feel like she always has my best interest in mind.

From this time I started to even consider surgery, Dr. Tracy and her staff were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, helpful and really made my decision feel like it was meant for me. The entire process felt easy and very positive. The surgery itself was better than I had anticipated, especially the recovery portion. I couldn’t be happier with my results and I’m so glad that I decided to move forward with my breast augmentation!
I was very satisfied with Dr. Pheifer’s detailed descriptions and demeanor. The cost of the revision was significantly higher than expected (especially relative to my previous implant surgery). I also was a little confused by some of the recommendations (keeping a round implant shape and over the muscle which is what I currently have but with saline) when my goal is to have breasts look and feel significantly more natural and get rid of rippling (new major issue). I would like to consider moving forward, but I would want to be assured there would be a big change from my what I have now if I were to spend nearly 3x what my previous implants cost.

Everyone one on the team is helpful and supportive. The practice is efficiently run. Dr. Pfeifer is an amazing surgeon. The whole process was easy and straightforward from beginning to end. I feel 20 lbs lighter and 10 years younger!
