Staff and doctor were very friendly. I appreciate the doctor's willingness to answer our questions. Received some unfortunate news that triggered some follow up appointments. I assume at follow up appointment I will get more information on what could have caused the results I received, and steps forward.
Well the wait was a bit long but Dr. Hardin is very caring and listens and explains so that is why I give it a 5. Her nurse was professional and personable as well.
Experience with the doctor was 5 stars, as she was very thorough with our post partum discussion, but I wasn't seen until an hour after my appointment time, which is the reason I only did 4 stars.
