Dr Butler was the best OBGYN visit ive ever had, she listened to every question, answered in detail, didnt rush me. I felt completely satisfied and like all my concerns had been addressed appropriately and thoroughly when I left. I was able to receive all the lab work for STD testing that I requested, it was done in office, and I was not asked once why I would need it or if im sure I needed it. She made sure to follow up with my results and answered all my extensive follow up questions afterwards.
I was seen promptly, staff was polite, physician seemed to care to hear my concerns. Lexi was very personable and genuinely cared to answer any questions I had with care and didn't make me feel burdensome.
Well, where do I begin…I was very pleased and satisfied with my overall experience. Alexandra made me feel very comfortable with my exam. My questions were answered to my complete satisfaction. She is such a sweetheart that is well on her way.
The NP Was great in reviewing my history and talking me through the options. She was able to answer all of my questions and was clear in the info she was sharing. She also had a great demeanor, friendly and caring.
