I wasn’t made aware of the risks of the birth control, have issued with migraines with aura pharmacist told me I couldn’t take estrogen, feel as though visits shouldn’t be so rushed so I don’t have to keep coming back to discuss the same thing again. And people won’t answer my phone calls, I have called the office so many times outside of lunch break times
Alexis and her assistant were quite friendly and helpful, and they helped address my needs given I am now in full blown menopause after having previously (with Nicole Anderson) been in late stage perimenopause. I felt extremely comfortable with Alexis taking over my care. She was very supportive and made sure to clarify where I wanted all my prescriptions to go to. I also appreciated her explaining that the slight hiccup we had with my previous prescriptions was due to Nicole Anderson relocating out of NV. Additionally, her assistant took the time to reassess my BP old school prior to my leaving for the day.
I had a big concern and they were able to see me right away. They kept me calm and put in for further research. Thank you for your kindness.
