Dr. Saint Thomas, beside being knowledgeable, was kind and made the time to really listen to me and establish rapport. She was sweet and encouraging and understanding. Her bedside manners are impeccable. She is the embodiment of a provider that put emphasis on human connection. She is effective and efficient without losing the human touch. I met her delivering my second baby, and was amazed by her sweetness and professionalism in a highly stressful moment. Yesterday's appointment reinforced my decision of switching providers.

Dr St Thomas has a wonderfully warm, engaged bedside manner. I had not been to a gynecologist for a long time, and I was dreading the pap smear. She was so gentle, and I don't think I'll feel that fear in the future. I was also able to bring up all my questions and concerns, and she thoroughly discussed them with me. She also made me aware of several things I should consider. In addition, I greatly appreciated the demeanor and friendliness of the front desk staff. Overall I felt very well taken care of, and I am grateful.
