Everyone at my appointment made me feel very well taken care of. During my exam and procedure, Dr. King made sure I was aware of any upcoming sensations (e.g., pressure, pinch), which made me feel comfortable throughout the process. She did an excellent job walking me through her thought process on what might be the cause of the problem that brought me into the office. She took my concerns seriously and asked questions that made me feel like she was invested in understanding my experience. When discussing potential solutions and further testing, she made me aware of what our initial steps would be and what would happen if the initial plan did not resolve the issues I was experiencing. I expressed my fear of blood draws, and the technician made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I left my appointment feeling confident that the problem that brought me in would be resolved and that the entire team at Women's Health Consultants was invested in my health and well-being.
