Where to begin! Dr. Tsang is an absolute treasure!!! She was my OB provider throughout my first pregnancy. Something I never personally shared with her was that I don't really have family, and navigating pregnancy without a mom was something I was nervous to do. I didn't have that guidance. Dr. Tsang always made me feel supported, and the worries I had about not having female guidance in my life throughout my pregnancy journey went away because she made me feel like she was there with me every step of the way. Dr. Tsang was so responsive to my messages and to questions I brought up in the office. She empowered me to trust my body and instincts despite never having navigated pregnancy before. This was so important to me because I've experienced providers who blame symptoms on something outside their scope of practice or make me feel like my concerns are all in my head. She boosted my confidence and made me feel secure throughout my pregnancy journey. This empowered me to visit L&D triage a few days before my due date. I ended up needing to be induced because of heart rate issues with my baby. Her empowering me to listen to my body throughout my pregnancy allowed me to take care of my baby the way I needed to. Who knows what would have happened had I not gone in. My spouse and I will be forever grateful for her. Dr. Tsang helped me through an extremely long delivery. She wasn't even on call the day she delivered my baby boy, but she told me she would be there, and she was. I will forever be grateful for her care, and I hope to have her deliver every one of my babies. The doula I had present at my delivery also mentioned that she'd never seen a provider put as much effort and care into stretching their patient during delivery as she saw Dr. Tsang put in. This meant so much to me and was so valuable in my postpartum recovery, as I didn't tear. Dr. Tsang never made me feel like I needed to rush. I know she sees a lot of patients and has no reason to remember each of our situations individually, but I will truly never forget her. She is an angel and a superwoman.
Dr. Tsang is awesome, super helpful and communicative. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible, especially considering the procedure is a rough one. She answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed, and did a great job! You can tell she actually cares. She was fast, which made a difficult procedure much more bearable.
