The doctor was extremely knowledgeable, gentle and kind. Honestly it’s my first exam that didn’t cause pain. I generally dislike getting these exams due to the discomfort but this time it was very easy and painless. I’m very pleased with my experience this week. I’ve gotten these exams for 25 years and this is the first time that the exam was not painful. The doctor took great time and care to make sure that I was comfortable. And I felt like he was genuine and his concern for my health and understanding my needs as a patient. I would like to see this doctor again for my future visits.
Cordial staff, doctor is friendly, professional, efficient and empathetic. The only problem I had was with the online pre check in. My insurance wasn't listed and I couldn't go back to edit it once I skipped that screen. Also, the same system prompted me to pay a copay for a mammogram two days earlier, at the online pre check. Annual screening mammograms are fully covered by law, nothing to do with any particular insurer. Interestingly, on that occasion my insurance was indeed listed.
