I waited 25 minutes longer than my appointment time to see the Dr. Then 15 minutes more in the exam room. Aide was very nice for vitals. Dr. Jeffress always wonderful. I've been seeing Dr. Jeffress for the past 26 years, when she first started at OB/GYN Associates. She has always been kind, patient and thorough, helping me through many trying times and always showing genuine concern for my care.

The care from Dr. Jeffress was wonderful but the wait time after being placed in the room before being seen was very long (at least 35 min).
Wait times are short, Dr. Jeffress is a woman who is always pleasant when walking in the room, makes you feel at ease, jokes with you, etc.
She is very blessed with the work she does and she always makes me feel so comfortable and answers every question I have!! I'm so happy she will be delivering my baby!
