Dr Jefress is always friendly and professional. Last year at my annual pap she asked me about a mammogram. She had it set up immediately andi then had it done right after my pap smear. This was so convenient . My mammogram came back abnormal and I ended up getting a lumpectomy. Had she not recommended the mammogram my outcome could have been much worse. I am grateful she recommended the mammogram and got everything done at the same time very fast.
Dr. Jeffries makes me feel at ease and the staff is very friendly and welcoming Dr. Jeffries literally saved my life. She diagnosed me with cancer after other doctors had dismissed my issues and told me the pain was normal. Without her vigilance, I don’t know when I would have been diagnosed.
Everyone is always pleasant at this location. I was able to get on fast. I addressed issues I was having. Everyone is understanding and overall compassionate. I've been seeing Dr. Jeffress since my son via Caesarian was born, who is now 16, and she is so patient, knowledgeable, and able to make you feel at ease in even the most uncomfortable situations. She is one of the most knowledgeable Drs, and takes her time with you. You can tell it's more than just a career to her, she is respectful and has amazing bedside manners. She listens to your concerns and makes you feel at ease. I have recommended her to even family members (she even operated on) who feel the same. I have never had a bad experience with her, and have been going to her for over 16 years now. She addresses any concerns you have, and takes the time to explain any question and concern you may have.
