I was very well attended to by the initial nurse and Andrea Kaufmann, but the lab nurse left much to be desired; she bruised both of my arms and didn't have much patience, as I am a patient with veins that are difficult to access. However, Andrea Kaufmann and the initial nurse were excellent.
She explained to me everything detail by detail I will recommend her to all the woman that goes there she's very patient with her patient an answer all your questions you need.very satisfied

Staff was friendly and professional. I was seen in a timely manner by Andrea. The issue that I was there for was addressed to my satisfaction. The only part of the visit I wasn't satisfied with was the wait for a blood draw. Once I was finally called in the lab tech did her work in a timely and friendly manner. As a nurse myself I want to be treated by medical professionals who are timely, respectful, and listen to their patients. I feel this was a very positive visit.
Andrea and the staff is great when you are there. But trying to get ahold of someone on the phone is impossible. You have to leave a message for them to call you back and sometimes that is not convenient. The women at the desk are not that busy. They should be answering the phone. I'm likely going to change offices because of this. It's a gynecologist office, it shouldn't be so impersonal.
