Office was clean and fresh. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Doctor was personable and thorough. It felt nice. Didn't feel like a number. I know you just opened the office in St. Cloud but it's not on the location choices. I had to pick one, but I went to St. Cloud.
It was my first visit to the new office in Saint Cloud, and the service was excellent—from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor. Everyone was very kind. The doctor listened to all my concerns, answered my questions, and ordered the necessary tests. It was a visit during which I felt heard and very comfortable with the entire staff—especially the doctor. It had been a long time since I’d felt so safe and at ease with a gynecologist.
