Front-desk lady downstairs was very friendly, and the ultrasound techs did a very good job! Dr. Jones listened to my concerns and explained my options, including what she felt would be best for me. I felt heard, supported, and involved in my care.
I am a very anxious person, I walked in to a warm smile from front desk and again with the nurse that called me back. When Dr. Larrabee came in, I felt an immediate relaxed and genuine energy. That helped so much. I felt he took time to talk to me and get to know me. But not in a rushed or judgmental way. A genuine way! And that was a first for me ever! I was in tears leaving because it was my first great experience ever. It was an overwhelming good feeling.
