It was fine. It's a doctor appt. I put highly satisfied because I am fine with my provider and I don't want to mess her up by giving just a satisfied rating because everybody goes crazy about these surveys that are basically meaningless.
I was seen promptly by Dr. Cuthbertson, who is familiar with my medical history. Because I had not had an annual physical with routine blood work in more than a year, she made sure that I was able to have that done in the same office the next day. When I raised a new medical concern, she ordered diagnostic testing with a follow-up appointment to investigate my concern.
Dr. Patras was so professional and caring. She addressed and answered all my questions and referred me to a needed specialist. She is terrific.
