I was used to seeing Julie B who had retired so this was my first time using someone new. Audrey was personable , informative, answered all my questions and did not rush me. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable.
I had the best experience with my provider. She made me feel comfortable, was timely, and easy to communicate with. I would give my appt a 5 star, except for the fact that the front desk staff and scheduling an appointment was extremely difficult. I got different information from every front desk employee that I spoke with.

Efficiency, organized, and a very smooth process. In and out but enough time to get my questions answered. She is so personable and friendly. Feels like I can be honest and open and she gets it.
Although the actual insertion was painful due to my own anatomy Audrey was fantastic she asked for help to get the device in properly and she told me she is very particular in ensuring the placement is properly done. Afterwards I had mild cramping but not a single cramp or issue since.
I was in and out in about 50 minutes. That include my well woman exam, mammogram, and lab draw. It was refreshing to be in and out so efficiently and not feel rushed. Audrey is always fully engaged during my appointments, listens attentively to my concerns, and takes the time to be thorough while explaining things clearly. She has a wonderfully calm and reassuring presence that immediately puts me at ease. I always leave my appointments feeling heard, cared for, and confident that I've received excellent care.
