Everyone was wonderful and kind. The process was easy and close to home. Autumn Pefley, CRNP was very down to earth and asked me personal questions about reading that we related on. The MA's were kind and accommodating.
I switched here from another Capital Women's Care location - I had previously had a bad experience with a very abrupt and unkind OB. This office was very different and Autumn as well as the MAs and phlebotomists were all very kind and attentive.
Autumn was so kind and helpful. She made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions.
