Gynecological Problem Visit

Service was quick and wait time was short

Annual Well Woman Exam

Always quick and easy. I don't ever wait very long, and Dr. Blaue always explains everything to me thoroughly.

Annual Well Woman Exam

On time appointment didn't have to wait long

Annual Well Woman Exam

All of my concerns were addressed.

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

My biggest problem with this doctor is that he only gives you as much information as you ask for. If you don't think to ask, you miss out on the information. I had this issue with him with my last pregnancy also. With my last pregnancy I had an acute issue and had to see another doctor (Dr. Fay) because he didn't have any appointments open. She was wonderful and gave me so much information on what was going on with my body and answered questions I didn't even know to ask, being a first time mom. At my most recent appointment I asked for pre-surgery instructions for my c-section and was told a rough window of when to stop eating and when to show up but that "the hospital would call me and give me instructions". The hospital did not call. When I called the hospital they said that they don't call the patients and my doctor should have given me the instructions. Now it is Sunday, my surgery is tomorrow, and all I have is the half explained instructions from my doctor. I fear that I wouldn't have even gotten those if I hadn't asked. I work in Healthcare and have a high level of health literacy compared to a regular patient so this makes me worried for other patients who might not have known to ask. I think this doctor could work on communicating better with patients and guiding the conversation himself instead of depending on the patient to guide the conversation. We only get maybe 5 minutes of face time with him during the OB follow up visits and its hard to remember everything you wanted to ask if you didn't write it down, especially when you feel pressed for time.

Annual Well Woman Exam

Very kind.

New Patient Visit

The office staff as well as Dr. Blaue were very friendly. The office is very efficient and I felt like I was there the minimum amount of time yet never felt rushed or unimportant!

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

My doctor is very friendly, reassuring, I've read reviews saying he's too hasty but I like that he doesn't just linger. He's quick to respond to any questions and it makes the visits very easy.

Gynecological Problem Visit

Mr. Blaue was quick and efficient.

New Patient Visit

The lady doing the lab draws was incredibly rude and the assistance were not happy/talkative/informative. The Dr was NOT thorough at all. To do a NEW patient annual pap exam in under a minute is absolutely horrible. As well as the fact that I had to ask if everything looked ok or any issues. It was the worst patient experience I've ever had.

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

This is my first pregnancy and the staff and doctor are so helpful and kind!

Annual Well Woman Exam

Clean, quick and friendly environment.

Obstetrical Appointment (routine)

Polite and professional staff

Annual Well Woman Exam

Good reception and easy checkin. Dr Blaue is very good, he asks you if you have concerns and answers any questions/concerns, makes you as comfortable as possible. Checkout had my paperwork ready and had already faxed my mammogram to ARA. Great team!

Annual Well Woman Exam

I came to my appointment 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and most of the paperwork contained the same information I filled out last year, like the number of sexual partners I've had over the years or the age of my first menstruation. Why am I wasting time in a waiting room with other women to give you the same information from last year? I also don't know why you continue to ask how many sexual partners I've had over the years. Is this to shame me?

Follow-up
