The nurse explained things better than any other nurse that I have met with at other practices. Dr Basu seems to be more switched on than any other Dr I have met with. . and I am sure that most Drs that I met with are good. It is like night and day though. After meeting with 4 other surgeons, I was still not confident that I had chosen the right one, until I met Dr Basu. Dr. Basu hones in on the patients history, and works to figure the why behind the problem so that he can find the right solution. I like it that he walks through this process with the patient, so they know why he recommends what he does.
