Great customer service.
I normally give "5 - Highly Satisfied" rating for Midland Women's Clinic because my doctor and his staff (nurses) give excellent care. However, for the first time, the front desk staff did not offer friendly service. She had the appearance of an "unhappy" employee. She did not show eagerness or interest in assisting patients who were registering. Her name is Erin. If she is new and still on training, she may do better next time I visit the clinic. Dr. Ben Doke and the nurses in his team are very professional, thorough and genuinely care about their patients.

I was very pleased with my entire gynecology visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The appointment was well organized, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The doctor was knowledgeable, listened attentively to all of my concerns, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoroughly. The level of care, compassion, and professionalism provided by both the doctor and staff made this a very positive experience. I left feeling heard, informed, and confident in my care. Highly recommend this practice.

Was never asked about medications until I was undressed and sitting in the chair. Some advice to Dr. Doke and staff: Don’t have post menopausal patients empty their bladder then keep them waiting long for a long time. It doesn’t take long for us to need to empty our bladder again. The longer we wait, the more likely we are to pee when we have our feet up in the stirrups and the doctor is up close and personal. Don’t have a post menopausal woman wait in a room that is too hot. Hot flashes are bad enough, but when it is hot things tend to get swampy in the nether regions and that causes things to not smell too good. This is really for the doctor’s benefit. Give more information about what to expect after a colposcopy. The nurse (who never told me her name) told me what the stuff in each of the little jars was, but did not tell me what to expect in the days ahead. The worst thing is the smell. Good grief I was so scared that I had done something wrong and had some kind of infection or something worse. Fortunately I was able to find information on the Internet. It would be helpful to have some kind of written information about the procedure and what happened and what to expect after. I was so nervous, and in pain, that it was difficult to comprehend what Dr. Doke was saying. Having something to refer back to would be helpful.

We are a very diverse group of doctors with the most complimentary of skills and personalities. The reputation of Midland Women’s Clinic has always been of the highest standards and of developing long term relationships with their patients through all stages of their lives. I am proud to call Midland my home. It is a great place to work and a wonderful place to raise a family!
