Betsy Arreguin, DNP, CNM started her midwifery career in Denver and is excited to bring her experience back home to Midland this Fall. She has a range of experience from hospital to community birth. Regardless of the setting, she is passionate in supporting normal physiologic birth. She loves partnering with families throughout their journey of childbearing, birthing and beyond. She desires every family to feel confident and empowered throughout the process. Whether it’s your first or fifth baby, every pregnancy and birth is a unique experience that changes you forever. The mind-body-spirit connection of birth is what initially drew Betsy to become a midwife. It is truly a transformative experience, and a magnificent-yet-normal life process.

Betsy has been a Certified Nurse Midwife for 5 years and a nurse for 11 years. She graduated from the University of Colorado with a DNP and MSN focused in midwifery. She is also a certified lactation consultant and loves helping women meet their breastfeeding goals. When she’s not catching babies or talking your ear off about birth and breastfeeding, she enjoys gardening, being outside in nature and spending time with her husband and son. She looks forward to getting to know you and being a part of your birth day!
