She was amazing.
Bobbie did amazing. I don't think I have ever had such a thorough yearly exam. She answered all my questions/concerns. She made me feel very comfortable.
I try my best to be seen by a doctor rather than a nurse practitioner however because it was just an annual exam I was open to seeing her. She was very informative, kind, and professional.
Everyone in the office made me feel welcome and comfortable. Took time to answer my questions and made sure the referrals were taken care of. My provider was professional and sympathetic to my issues, and I felt heard.

I had an excellent experience. The provider was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I truly appreciated the compassionate care and positive attitude.
Doctor is great! But front desk is really bad and I’m talking also for my sister I was there also like a month ago and they are rude with patients. They also let her wait for two hours with no patients at front but they let everyone else go at front. And just said it was another person with the same name and it wasn’t. Only because she speaks Spanish. Idk why hats wrong with them. The doctors are great but hopefully someone talks to those girls o ladies. They get angry so easily they don’t have to talk to people. I’m pretty sure they can do better and have the best clinic with 5 ⭐️ but unfortunately I’m not sure if I want to come back either my sister. A lot of people complain but they don’t say anything. I work with people and I know is hard but we have to understand sometimes is hard but if you explain or try to talk to patients we can understand. Hopefully they change. We all need a job and I’m sure they can do great.
