My appointment time was at 3:10 pm. I was not taken back by a nurse until 4:05 pm. I understand there was an issue with being understaffed, but no one bothered to communicate why the wait was so long until I was taken back. It would not have been as upsetting seeing everyone wait less time had the staff communicated more. Other than the wait, the front staff were very kind.
