Dr listened and answered questions. Made a plan with me on how to proceed once culture results were back. Trish, the MA was extremely helpful, followed up with Dr Ofer on how to proceed, called in prescription and sent referral to Urologidt for me.
Caitlin, Rosina, and front desk staff in Norwalk are professional, kind, and always warm and welcoming. Love that it is always the same staff everytime I go. Caitlin is extremely knowledgeable and always makes me feel comfortable. I've been going to Avery Center for a long time and I had no issues with any provider I have seen, but Caitlin is by far one of my favorites.
Competent, thorough, patient-centered care from the front desk to nursing, to the wonderful PA to the very knowledgeable and caring mammo and US techs to the phlebotomist the next day. Avery Center makes every step easy for the patient. The provider listened to all of my concerns and took action, which was very much appreciated.
Everyone has a great attitude. Caitlyn is one of the best!
