Dr Chapman is easy to talk to. If I have a problem with my skin or something else she helps me out by explaining what is going on and what I should do about it. She's very clear on the procedures she is doing and always checks to see if I understand what she is doing.
She took the time to answer all my questions and gave a thorough exam.
