I felt like I was on a speed date or at an auction she was talking so fast. She answered my questions but it definitely felt a little rushed.
Dr. Hanna had clear, understandable answers to all of my questions, was able to refill my prescription very quickly and was also able to do a same-day blood draw for an issue I was worried about. The phlebotomist was very kind and friendly, and made the blood draw process very easy.
They got me right in, was seen right away and I left within 20 minutes. Love that!
It was the fastest I've ever gone in or been seen. All my questions were answered and my concerns were validated.
Staff is very friendly and on point! Very helpful and works together. I just love how very involved they are with me, communication and explanation in details to where I understand.

I have come to this office for many years, and have seen the same doctor. This time around i didnt feel as cared for. No major questions was asked or explanation. So I wasn’t too happy about that but not dissatisfied. Unfortunately feeling like another number is just not a great experience, even if that is the case.
I was seen quickly and the staff was kind.
