Staff was pleasant and attentive.
Everyone was friendly and helpful (Dr, techs, phlebotomist, sonogram) except the front desk. They were chatting instead of helping me the one girl on the phone with a patient helped me when she was done and there were 4 other people on the area chatting. Instead of helping her they were talking (one was at the other window) and she had to finish her call then help me and I had to wait to schedule my next appointment. Dr. Roach was well-prepared and proactively reached out to my fertility clinic to obtain my records when they didn't arrive. She took time to confirm the details and follow up to ensure the right records were received, which I really appreciated since I had already asked my clinic twice. She recognized this was a stressor and handled it thoughtfully so we could focus on my care.
I was highly satisfied with my interaction with Dr. Roach. She heard me. She listened. She was wonderful! I'm grateful for her counsel and pleasant demeanor. Thank you.
