it was quick
It was very informative. She is trying to help me with my Menopause situation and is willing to try different methods to solve the problem.
My doctor wasn't rushed and was very friendly and took the time to answer my questions.
I feel so cared for and genuinely listened to! She was very thorough and did not speed through the appointment even though it was routine. I really appreciated that.
Dr. Chawla is wonderful. She is very personable and attentive, and I feel heard when I talk to her about symptoms and concerns.
Dr. Chawla is always very personable and approachable. I tend to ask a lot of questions and she never makes me feel rushed. I appreciate her thoughtful, informed responses and her thoroughness. The techs and nurses I saw were also great. I had some blood drawn, and the girl who did this was friendly and very good at finding the vein. It was a quick and easy draw!
It was a great appointment. Dr. Chawla was very attentive and respectful. I liked and truly appreciated that she listened to all my concerns and did everything she could to dismiss any problems. I felt reassured leaving the appointment.
Very attentive and answered all of my questions.
Provider has excellent bedside manner, discusses all issues or questions I have.
I did not see Dr. Chawla in person in her office but with the Telehealth Call there was basically no difference.
Dr. Chawla took time to answer questions I had and talked to me about some concerns.
While I understand the medical concern being discussed, I was upset by the way Dr. Chawala approached the conversation with me as a patient. She came across as threatening telling me she was going to call my husband, and then that I needed to reevaluate my relationship with the practice. I didn't think the approach was at all helpful or necessary.
Beginning with my annual exam, Dr. Chawla communicated specific details about the reasons I would be a good candidate for genetic testing. Also, she walked me through the process of how the step-by-step process was going to proceed. Everything she said occurred accurately. I must add that my positive experience has mostly to due with the relationships that have been developed with Associates in Women's Healthcare since 1993. I feel like Dr. Chawla understands my concerns and "hears" my issues without feeling judged.
First time seeing Dr. Chawla. She was relaxed, responsive, caring, professional, informative.
She knows me and takes time to listen.
All my questions were answered thoughtfully and fully. I felt well taken care of.
Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr. Chawla is SO sweet and welcoming! I'm so happy I was referred here.
Everybody is very nice.
My PTSD was triggered when I had to go to this appointment, everyone there, the front desk, the nurses, and especially the doctor were so nice and really accommodating to try to make me feel more comfortable because I was on the verge of a panic attack. Dr. Chawla was caring, and informative, and did her best to efficiently get me through the appointment, so I could get out of there and be less upset. I was a complete mess the time I had an appointment before this one, and they were all amazing there too especially the nurse Beverly. I didn't get the name of my nurse that was so nice at this appointment but I would shout her out too if I could. She got me in a patient room asap after I arrives so I didn't have to cry and hyperventilate from the trigger in front of other people. If I didn't hate being triggered by going there, I would love the place, and I do love the people in it.
Great experience. Everyone was so welcome.
